Jim Harrington founded HR Management Dimensions in 2008 as he did not feel that he management was focused on providing experienced, practical advice on hr management and organisational issues. HR Management Dimensions is the name Jim uses for his advice and consulting services.   He is  based in East Anglia in the UK.
